We’re Hiring – Sales Coordinator
Hours: Mon–Fri (Full-time)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year

Flare has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to lead and support sales operations, manage client and vendor accounts, and drive team performance towards achieving targets. This role combines client relationship management with team leadership to ensure efficient processes, accurate reporting, and exceptional service delivery.

Duties:

  • Proactively maintain and develop client relationships to promote company loyalty and growth.
  • Manage client and vendor accounts on Sage 50, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  • Review client documentation and prepare service work scope templates for quotations.
  • Generate and analyse sales reports to monitor revenue and opportunities.
  • Support sales growth by following up on opportunities and implementing client feedback.
  • Contribute proactively to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality initiatives.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience with Sage 50 Professional (preferred).
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe, and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and motivating a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
